Reward Manager - 16 month FTC
A 16 month FTC for a Professional Services business based in Yorkshire
Leading on the Reward function for UK & IRE reporting into the Reward Director.
A well established, transforming Professional Services business based in Yorkshire.
- Reporting into the Reward Director you will have responsibility for Reward for the UK & Ireland.
- Lead on re-tendering for a new benefits platform, project management to support end to end project.
- Benefit provider renewals
- Stakeholder management including working closely with HR team on global mobility, reward & recognition, incentives, performance.
- Bench marking
- Supporting the business with Reward Analytics
- Is available to commit to a 16 month FTC
- Have operated in a Reward Manager/Head of Reward/Reward consultant
- Have previously worked in Professional/Financial services or a similar business
- Have excellent knowledge of compensation and benefits
- Have previously led/delivered on tendering integrating a new benefits platform
- Have the ability to work in a fast paced, changing business with senior stakeholder management
- Have worked in an EMEA business
