A HR Business Partner is required on a permanent basis for a national organisation £30/35K
Your new company
A national organisation that is growing rapidly requires a strong HR generalist to join their team on a permanent basis. Due to a restructure of the HR team and the continued growth this exciting opportunity offers a HR generalist to partner with a defined client group internally
Your new role
You will provide robust advice and support to all employees on all aspects the the employee life cycle this will include data management, reporting, absence management, recruitment, employee relations and payroll management. This is a great opportunity to get involved in project work such as the update / migration of the HRIS system and assist with acquisitions, including policy and contract reviews. You will also have the opportunity to support on consultations.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you have a strong generalist background and have worked with a level of autonomy. You will ideally be part CIPD qualified and have supported on project work previously that involved a number of stakeholders. Its essential that you have good communication skills and can prioritise effectively. You will be process orientated and used to working with confidential information.
