The HR Advisor will provide sound HR advice and support to all line managers and employees whilst supporting the

company objectives.

  • Provide HR support to line managers
  • Manage a high volume of employee relation cases e.g. Absence, Disciplinaries and Grievances, Investigations and Maternity / Paternity leave
  • Responsible for contracts and offer letters for new employees
  • First point of contact for all HR queries
  • Data analysis to look at trends as well as provide reporting to the HR Business Partner
  • Provide support and coaching to line managers on HR processes in areas such as Recruitment and Selection, Discipline and Grievance, Conflict Management, Communications and Absence Management.
  • Provide Recruitment support
  • Provide effective administrative support to the HR team
  • Provide reports and or statistical information as required to support improvements, such as pay benchmarking, E-Law research


  • CIPD qualification
  • Previous experience in a HR role
  • Strong employee relations experience
  • Previous experience of working within a fast-paced HR department
  • Experience of handling disciplinaries and grievances
  • Experience utlising database information to produce and develop reports and provide statistical analysis
  • Strong IT Skills - Excel, Word, PowerPoint

  • Good understanding of Employment Law
