You'll be working with a well renowned local housing association. This is an excellent company to work for with a 'family' feel across the business and a very low staff turnover.
Your new role
As Learning & Development Partner, you'll be working in a standalone L&D position but as part of the wider HR team. You'll be responsible for all elements of employee training and development including core compliance requirements. You'll also be responsible for managing your own budgets and ensuring all data is managed accordingly on the LMS system.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll need to come from an established L&D background with a CIPD qualification in either a generalist or L&D capacity. You'll also need to be able to demonstrate your ability to manage budgets, use of LMS systems and create your own content.
What you'll get in return
You'll join the business on a permanent basis with a starting salary of £32,000 plus all additional . You'll be offered the autonomy to develop the L&D offering how you think fits best.
