I'm working with a growing company with offices in Manchester City Centre. They are recruiting for an HR Advisor to support with the delivery of their people agenda. This diverse role will have a strong focus on Employee Relations and have responsibility for HR project work. Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and confidence to advise stakeholders across multiple businesses is key.

Our client are a well-established international company within the engineering sector. They are going through an exciting period of growth and development. As such, they are recruiting for an HR Advisor to join and support their people agenda alongside an HR Business Partner. The role is based in Manchester City Centre.

Description

The key responsibilities for the HR Advisor are providing advice to managers and employees regarding employee relations, conditions of service and procedures, ensuring policies and procedures are reviewed and renewed, managing ER cases, assisting with the implementation of change management programmes and various HR projects, supporting TUPE processes including preparing correspondence, general HR administration. The role is based in Manchester City Centre.

Profile

The successful candidate will have/be:

  • Experience in a HR generalist role
  • Knowledge of a broad range of employee relations
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law
  • Experience of HR reporting and data analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident to work autonomously
  • A collaborative approach
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure
