A City based Management Consulting firm are recruiting for an HR Assistant to join their team. Working closely with the HR Manager, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Acting as first point of contact for all HR-related queries
  • Administration of HR-related documentation
  • Ensuring employee information held by the firm is accurate and up to date
  • On-boarding - working with the Recruitment team to manage the process
  • Co-ordinating leaver process
  • Managing holiday
  • Parental leave
  • PD Reviews and scheduling these, prepping meetings
  • Requesting references for employees
  • Creating accurate reports
  • Weekly internal wellbeing and mental health communications
  • Supporting team with diary management, setting up meetings, HR post, internal audits, developing HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinating all training and acting as first POC for training

As HR Assistant, you will possess:

  • Previous HR Admin experience, ideally 12-18 months
  • Experience working within Professional Services, ideally a Partnership environment
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
