Job Details
A City based Management Consulting firm are recruiting for an HR Assistant to join their team. Working closely with the HR Manager, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):
- Acting as first point of contact for all HR-related queries
- Administration of HR-related documentation
- Ensuring employee information held by the firm is accurate and up to date
- On-boarding - working with the Recruitment team to manage the process
- Co-ordinating leaver process
- Managing holiday
- Parental leave
- PD Reviews and scheduling these, prepping meetings
- Requesting references for employees
- Creating accurate reports
- Weekly internal wellbeing and mental health communications
- Supporting team with diary management, setting up meetings, HR post, internal audits, developing HR policies and procedures
- Coordinating all training and acting as first POC for training
As HR Assistant, you will possess:
- Previous HR Admin experience, ideally 12-18 months
- Experience working within Professional Services, ideally a Partnership environment
- Strong MS Office skills
- Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
