INTERIM HEAD OF HR JOB IN DERBY
My client is looking for an experienced HR professional who is a good all-rounder and is used to working in a busy environment.
Due to long-term sickness, they need an Interim Head of HR to support 800 employees over 5/6 sites. Reporting to the board on all people issues.
You will be supported by a HRBP and be responsible for high level ER, absence management, performance management and recruitment.
Unionised experience is highly beneficial.
