Page Personnel HR are working with a large and reputable organisation who are seeking an HR MI Analyst to join and support them with a maternity cover contract for 9-12 months. HR data and project management experience are essential. The role is based remotely with occasional travel to Preston, Lancashire, required.

They are seeking an HR MI Analyst to join and support their HR team for a period of 9-12 months covering maternity leave. HR data and project management experience are essential. The role is based remotely with occasional travel to Preston, Lancashire, required.

Description

The key responsibilities for the HR MI Analyst are leading on the delivery of management information, KPIs and analysis to agreed schedules, acting as expert resource for data analytics, using spreadsheets, databases and other analytical tools, delivery of real-time information to support workforce planning, providing technical advice, developing a working knowledge of HR and payroll systems, reporting HR metrics to the Board. The role is based remotely with occasional travel to Preston in Lancashire.

Profile

The successful candidate will have/be:

  • experience with manipulating large amounts of data
  • experience within a HR environment or HRIS role
  • Computer literate and savvy with various systems
  • excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • ability to support the delivery of large scale projects
  • ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
