HR Assistant, 12m FTC, £25,000-£30,000, FinTech

High-growth FinTech, working in a small and dynamic HR team.

Your new role
In your new HR Assistant role, you'll be responsible for high-volume HR administration, supporting across the employee lifecycle. You'll support on- and off-boarding tasks, monitor the HR inbox, assist monthly payroll runs, take minutes in meetings (incl. ER investigations), process invoices, and diary manage. You'll also support with ad-hoc HR projects and maintenance of HR systems.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you'll have a background in HR, a solid understanding of the employee lifecycle, excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle high-volume tasks to a deadline. Ideally you'll have a strong educational background and have secured / be working towards your CIPD qualification.

What you'll get in return
