The HRIS Advisor will oversee the company's databases, software, and computer systems to manage their human resources. Duties will include analysing HRIS systems, monitoring performance, and resolving issues.

Description

  • Coaching and mentoring of the HR team on how best to use the system
  • Managing a ticketing system and responding to a wide range of queries
  • Creating and maintaining all of the data on the system
  • Responding to business wide queries in a timely manner
  • Assisting with launching new modules on Success Factors and rolling these out across the business
  • Pulling reports for business use
  • Audit data, ensuring data integrity and GDPR compliance
  • Review workflows including new starters, leavers, contract variations, fixed term contracts, secondments, probation and build
  • Implement ER and L&D screen design and implementation, as well as enhanced dashboard configuration, including ER tracking
  • Compile HR metric reports, ensuring that they are user friendly
  • Produce user guides for the HR team and provide basic training to HR team and workflow and report editing
  • Identify further ways to streamline self-service and make it more user friendly

Profile

  • Previous experience in a HRIS position
  • Exceptional ability to gather and interpret data, as well as improve HRIS processes
  • Ability to collaborate, provide technical support, and train staff
  • Extensive experience in analysing HRIS and HR performance metrics
  • Experience in documenting processes, as well as performing diagnostic tests and audits
