HR Data Analyst - 3 month FTC for small financial services business

Your new company
A boutique financial services business is currently recruiting for a HR Data Analyst for a 3 month FTC or day rate position.

Your new role
You will be managing the HR Data for the business, providing regular reporting, as well as contributing to the quality of the data on the systems. You will also be dealing with Ad-hoc requests from the business.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in HR systems and HR Data reporting. You must have advanced Excel skills including vertical lookups, pivot tables, SumIF, CountIF, Index-Match, Horizontal Lookup and Basic Macro/VBA.
