Client Details
National organisation with HQ in Leicester
Description
As Resourcing BP you will be responsible for;
- Creation of strategic attraction and selection plans
- Day to day management of a large team of operational recruiters
- Supporting the Head of Resourcing you will build key relationships with senior stakeholders and managers to understand their requirements
- Take ownership of key projects such as Employer brand, entry level talent, upskilling line managers to understand their recruitment needs
- Monitor KPIs for the team and ensure high standards are met within the team
Profile
The successful candidate will;
- Have extensive Resourcing experience
- Proven track record managing a large team
- Creative thinker able to develop resourcing and attraction strategies
- Strong Project Management skills
- Stakeholder management skills
- Experience in high volume recruitment
