We have an exciting new permanent job opportunity for an experienced HR candidate to join a sme business with an international presence. The firm a specialist consultancy provider and one of the best in the industry and have over 30 years experience in their field. They have a great culture and currently have a headcount of 250 members of staff spread across a number of offices. This is a newly created opportunity as a result of growth and therefor the need for an additional person in the HR team to add to their specialist support they provide the business.
Your new role
You will be joining an established HR team who cover all aspects of Hr ranging from ER, talent, L & D , reward, recruitment and more. This is a newly created role and the business are looking for somebody who has a passion for policy and employee relations. The business are looking for somebody to join their organisation and really take hold of and have complete control over employee relations and all things policy related for the business As this is a new role the business are looking for somebody who is an expert in this particular area and has proven experience dealing with complex Er skills and also a good solid background understanding policy including policy writing. This is a great opportunity for somebody who is looking to join a business and present ideas and recommendations in order to improve Er matters and support the overall people plan. As this role is working for a smaller sme business the role will cover a range of er issues from a lower level matters to more complex matters and you will also be required to look after your own administration and more basic tasks that will be needed in the role. You will support the whole business when it comes to policy and ER matters and basically report back to the HRD about your findings and recommendations in order for changes to be made working with yourself .
What you'll need to succeed
Excellent ER skills and experience and a solid amount of time in this type of ER advising role
Experience of advising at all levels and must have dealt with complex matters
Policy writing experience and sound knowledge of employment legislation
Smaller SME experience is essential for the role.
