Regional HR Business Partner

Global Telecommunications Business

Southern England

£65,000

This Global Telecommunications business are looking to hire an experience HR Business Partner to lead their retail division. Reporting into the Store Director and supporting a headcount of around 1,200 people, you will be driving exciting change and global initiatives across the division; as well as the day to day business partnering requirements.

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive the development of action plans to improve operational HR metrics in your division (attrition, absence, gender split are really important to us)
  • Support the creation of and deliver the Retail People plan in your area
  • Partnering with the Store Director to ensure they received an integrated HR service and support their leadership and team effectiveness
  • Creating an integrated tactical and strategic workforce plan so that we have the right skills in the right place at the right time
  • Identifying and communicating opportunities to improve business performance through the People Plan

Key experience:

  • Ideally you will come from a retail or hospitality background
  • Must be able to work with pace and independently
  • Strong technical HR skills and knowledge
  • Proven ability to deliver core people metrics
  • Strong partnering skills including influencing and coaching senior leaders
  • A great understanding of the business and it's commercial drivers, bringing a credible voice to the Divisional Leadership table
  • Strong analytical ability to identify people trends and key opportunities
