IMMEDIATE START - Entry Level HR Administrator required. Based in Ormskirk

My Client is seeking a professional administrator who is looking to gain entry into the world of HR. You will be working for a large organisation who specialise in automotive hire based in Ormskirk.
Your new role
The position is being offered as a temporary contact for a period of between 4 - 6 weeks however this may be extended and also could be made permanent for the right candidate.
Working hours are Monday - Friday 09.00am - 17.00pm or 08.00am - 16.00pm with an hour unpaid lunch break
Some of your duties will include but not limited too
Creating a new file database
Transferring personnel files and uploading to the new system
Scanning / Photocopying
Dealing with company onboarding
Checking Compliance documentation, including reference checking, Eligibility to work and contracts details
General office administration
What you'll need to succeed
A proven history within Office Support
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Passion and drive to develop with HR
Strong customer service skills
