Are you a senior and/or experienced HR Manager/ HR Business Partner from a Top or Mid Tier Law Firm interested in exploring new opportunities?

We are partnering with a global Firm, to be based in London (with flexibility), who are looking for a Senior HR professional to join their generalist team. The role will work closely with the Head of HR, and manage a team of HR generalists. The role will also support one of the key client groups on highly strategic HR activity.

Your role and responsibilities will include:

• Form part of the Firm's senior HR leadership team and manage a team of HR generalists
• Strategic business partner for your dedicated client group(s)
• Lead, implement and drive on key projects
• Business partner with senior stakeholders and provide people and commercial advice working to the firms business objectives
• Providing advice and solutions to cyclical employee lifecycle movements

Skills required:

• It is essential you have worked for a mid/top Tier Law Firm
• This is a senior HR role and ideally you will have managed a team of HR generalists and have worked as a Senior HR Business Partner / Manager for a similar sized firm previously
• Excellent ability to build relationships
• Innovative, dynamic with an agile approach
• Ability to navigate change projects
