We are currently working with a large commercial business to recruit an interim Early Careers Specialist.

Home based, this role will be working as part of a larger HR team to oversee the early careers programme. This will involve liaison with the recruitment team to onboard new starters and then managing the frameworks and programmes to ensure the new entrants receive the development and support needed to engage and retain them.

We are looking for an experienced in house early careers professional for this 6 month assignment. This is an innovative role, looking for someone who can bring new ideas. If you are immediately available please contact me now for more details.
