If you want a part time Accounts Ledger Clerk role and join a true market leading business then this could be the role for you.  Working for a market leading business with sites across the UK you will be part of an established team assisting across all areas of accounts ledger work.  Working a 22.5 hour week it is imperative that you have a proven backgroun in bank reconcilliations and ideally available to start in a role as soon as possible.  Working at the company headquarters in Rotherham if you are looking to be part of a business who truly value their employees then this could be the role for you.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain Cash Books
  • Manage the Interface between the Accounts system and Pay & Bill System
  • Monthly Tax Analysis for Auditors
  • Reconciliation of Balance Sheet Control Accounts
  • Monthly Bank Reconciliations
  • Expenses System Administrator
  • Manage imprest control for Petty Cash floats
  • Provide cover for the Purchase Ledger Clerk during periods of absence





Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications Required

Previous accounts experience
Strong communication skills both written & verbal
Good IT skills
Ability to organise and prioritise
Excel for reporting
