HR Administration job based in Rugby initially working from home
Your new company
My client is currently going from strength to strength and has seen significant growth in their business over the last 18 months. They are currently looking at expanding their head office team and as such need addition support in their HR team
Your new role
Initially you will be working from home, but as the contract is for 6 months you will be required to come into the office at some point. Duties will include:
- HR Administration
- Sending out new starter packs and offer letters
- Management reports
- Assisting with SSP, Maternity paperwork
- Liaising with payroll
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience working in a busy HR team is essential along with strong Microsoft skills.
