Your new role
As Assistant HR Project Manager the candidate will be responsible for supporting a complex and high profile change programme across EMEA, supporting the HR Project Lead in bringing the HR workstream to a successful delivery. In addition, the role will provide support to the VP HR on various ad hoc HR projects and HR reporting. You will be responsible for the set up and day to day running of the PMO, project governance, the collation and analysis of HR data, working closely with in-country HR colleagues and other key stakeholders to develop solutions, and working closely with internal stakeholders and 3rd parties to ensure appropriate solutions are delivered.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their experience in HR Project Management and the set up and running of a PMO within a commercial, fast paced business across multiple European countries. Previous HRBP experience is preferable - a good understanding of pensions and benefits and TUPE would be an advantage as would being Data-oriented and with a high level of accuracy/attention to detail - able to structure, analyse and present data in an effective way. Being able to demonstrate how you have managed project governance, PMO administration is essential. It is essential that you can start a new role immediately and commit to the duration of the contract.
