Reward: £45k per annum but would potentially flex to £50k for a superstar!

How you will fit into the business…
We are looking for someone that is keen to lead and support on a number of key HR projects across shift patterns, learning programmes, apprenticeship and mentoring and there will also be need to look at the people aspects of an office refurb.
You must be good with people as stakeholder engagement is a requirement of this role. As a generalist HR professional, you will be great at what you do and you will know what great looks like too.

We are looking for…
We would like to see HR Business Partners that have worked in manufacturing or perhaps construction but the client is open minded on this. You don’t need to have sector experience but you should be used to working in commercial businesses that have similar demands from HR.
You will be a good communicator, a real people person and you will be keen to get on and develop your career in HR. On a technical level you will have strong generalist experience and you will be understanding of current and future trends in HR. You must have a practical knowledge of designing, developing and rolling out change programmes. You should also be able to demonstrate evidence of working as a strategic business partner at a senior level as well as the ability to roll your sleeves up and deliver on the operational aspects of the role.
You will be able to handle a large personal workload that requires you to balance the delivery of conceptual work with attention to detail and hands-on delivery.
