We are currently working with a fast growing, global organisation with offices in South Oxfordshire who are looking to appoint a newly created role of Corporate Recruiter. This individual will take responsibility for the full recruitment process across the UK and Europe. You will be joining a brilliant and dynamic HR team who sit across the globe.
Your new role
As the Recruiter you will partner with hiring managers to understand the talent needs across the business. You will be managing the full recruiting process, taking a pro active approach to talent pools and strategic hiring. You will be screening and interviewing candidates in order to provide quality shortlists to your stakeholders using a variety of sourcing tools. You will be an ambassador for the company brand and help to establish long stand standing external relationships.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a skilled recruiter with the ability to select and source quality candidates, build strong relationships with stakeholders and develop talent pipelines. You will have good negotiation and influencing skills and have the ability to prioritise a demanding workload. Experience using in house recruitment/ATS systems would also be an advantage.
