Head of People (6 month contract)
Annapurna have partnered with a start up organisation who are looking for a Head of People to join the team on a 6 month fixed term contract.
The Head of People will report to the Co-Founders and manage a HR Coordinator. They will support across the full employee life cycle and play a pivotal role in shaping the culture of the business as they continue to scale.
- Design and deliver the people strategy
- Continuous review of the organisational design and structure

The ideal candidate will
- Have operated as a HR generalist in a high-growth, start up organisation.
- Be passionate about building a high performance culture
- Have great communication and project management skill
- Be a commercially astute individual with the ability to align strategy to business objectives
