Training & Competence Supervisor

I am currently partnering with a leading Financial Services organisation with a global presence looking to recruit a Training & Competence Supervisor to join their dedicated Training & Competence team.

As the T&C Supervisor you will help contribute to the company goal of providing the best-in-class training and development. You will undertake activities that supports the firms regulatory T&C scheme. You will be expected to deliver new entrant training and other training interventions as required and also help to create technical or skills based assessments along with supporting documentation.

You will provide attaining and maintaining competence first line supervision for a defined group of individuals performing an FCA activity. To be successful within this role you will therefore need knowledge and experience of T&C within the Financial Services sector. You will have an understanding of both Financial Planning and Investment Management. It is also highly desirable you have qualified to at least QCF Level 4 with progression towards Charted Financial Planner status.
