Senior HR Advisor (ER Case Work / Change Management)

Were seeking experienced Senior HR Advisor with a strong background of Employer Relations case work and or Change Management support -

We have an opportunity for Senior HR Advisor to join a busy team supporting a variety of divisions/business units. At present the role could either be undertaking a proactive employer relations case work service or supporting Change Management projects such as TUPE/Restructures/Redundancy

We are looking for someone to join the teams for an initial fixed term contract from 6 - 9 months contract.

The role
As a Senior HR advisor you will be working as part of a collaborative and experienced HR team who handle a variety of complex employer relations case work and or Change Management projects.

For the ER Case work role : -
You will be handling a case load from 10-20 cases at anyone time, majority will be complex ER cases involving the full range of employer relations eg - Grievance, Disciplinary, Dismissal, Absence, AWOL, Performance, Sickness, Long term Sickness, Tribunals, protected characteristics, safeguarding and more...

For the Change Management Role :-
You will be supporting Business Unit Managers across divisions with any Change Management projects from minor changes of workplace through to larger restructures/redundancy/ reorganisation projects and including TUPE. The Senior Advisor will support Managers from start to finish advising on best practice, policy, project support and handling cases which arise.

Were seeking experienced HR Professionals / HR Advisors who have a strong background of handling complex ER case work and / OR Change Management. Ideally you will have experiences of working within large or complex settings including working with unions, challenging environments.

Level 5 / Level 7 CIPD ideally
In depth knowledge of employment law / employer relations case work experience and/OR Change Management
Ability to coach/advise managers on best practice employer relations and guidance on policy/procedures

These roles are Fixed Term Contracts and will have potential to work from home but also as things evolve have an office base in Winchester where meetings will be happening and therefore must be prepared to travel to Winchester when needed for Hearings/ specialist meetings.
