One of our clients, a well established UK brand, are looking for a Reward Analyst to join their growing team. The organisation are currently moving through a significant period of change in their industry. This role reports directly to the Head of Reward and requires some experience in Reward Analytics.

Your analytical skills will be crucial in this position, with a good understanding of compensation. You will be:

  • Conducting Reward research/data analysis, both internally and externally (including benchmark studies), presenting the results clearly and creatively, to help HR and line managers reach acceptable, affordable and consistent pay and bonus decisions
  • Provide input and recommendations on reward governance
  • Maintain the Job Career Framework (JCF), to ensure that all relevant information is kept up-to-date and employees are mapped to the correct job career groups and levels
  • Create and maintain pay ranges based on the JCF and relevant market data, to facilitate pay decision-making without regular recourse to external benchmarking
  • Manage the salary survey submission process, owning the relationships with salary data vendors and ensuring that timely and accurate data is provided to them, so that the HR team has ongoing access to valid and useful market intelligence, within budget constraints

A successful candidate will have:

  • Expereince with working in Compensation in the wider Reward remit
  • Strong numerical/analytical skills
  • You'll have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail
  • You'll be excellent at working with stakeholders, and be able to collaborate and influence
