12 Month FTC (potential to become permanent) for an HR Manager to join a fantastic growing organisation
Client Details
The client is a Housing organisation in the Midlands
Description
As HR Manager you will be responsible for;
- Supporting the HR Director and Senior HR Manager in the development and delivery of the People Strategy
- Manage ER casework including complex casework for the organisation
- Support in the delivery of various strategic HR projects as and when required
- Drive forward the Talent Management agenda ensuring development of robust attraction and retention strategies across the organisation
- Ensure efficient and consistent approach across the organisation with regards to HR Policies and procedures
Profile
The successful candidate will be:
- Minimum CIPD L5
- Significant experience operating as an HR BP/HR Manager
- Excellent communicator able to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Expert in Employee Relations and Employment Law, able to deal with complex ER casework
- Track record in supporting and developing talent management strategy
