Ashley Kate are delighted to be partnering with a leading Charity in the search for a interim Recruitment Specialist on a 6 month fixed term contract.
The role is based in High Wycombe with some remote working and the salary is £30k - £31k.
This is a vital role whereby you will Coordinate and manage the full recruitment cycle to fill interim and permanent roles across the business.
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, this role will involve working closely with senior stakeholders to gain full understanding of the roles. Your main duties will include -
Advertising the vacancies on the internet, intranet and other agreed sites
Using appropriate agencies to help find the right candidates
Helping recruiting managers short-list candidates and feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
Setting up recruitment packs for recruitment panels
Sending out invites to candidates and keeping all parties informed throughout the process
Working with the Communications pod to ensure the recruitment page on the internet is kept up to date
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills/experience-
An HR/Recruitment background in a fast-paced environment
Excellent project management skills with a strong track record of delivery
Graduate calibre with a recognised HR qualification (preferably a CIPD)
Creating working relationships that make a difference and build trust
Strong experience and knowledge of recruitment
Experience of working well in teams
Excellent project management and organisational/administrative skills
