Seeking an experienced Reward Manger who will be responsible for managing a small team within Financial Services
The role will include managing and overseeing all reward-related activities, from cyclical processes to implementing change through reward projects, as well as ensuring that the business has access to relevant people insights and people costs to make informed decisions.
Responsible for managing all reward related activities, including payroll, leading on reports made to the Exec team, as well as overseeing all data activity.
It is essential that you have experience of working within Financial Services (or a regulated environment)
