Seeking an interim Head of HR who will be responsible for all aspects of people strategy and management of HR team

Pivotal to the success of this role is the ability to provide thought leadership, strategic input and the ability to act as both influencer and enabler ensuring that the role adds demonstrable value to the strategic aims of the business.

Responsibilities will include:

• People champion and credible change agent driving organisational strategy through the delivery of people related projects.
• Develop and maintain highly effective HR Business Partnering relationships with all levels of colleagues whilst becoming an integral part of the functional leadership teams and Exec.
• Managing a team with responsibilty for team performance and development

It is essential that the successful candidate has experience of working with Financial Services and will also possess the following

• Demonstrable track record of working with Senior stakeholders developing and implementing people plans
• Proven man management and able to drive performance, trining and mentoring
• Previous experience in shaping people strategy within a growing business
• Experience of delivering high impact, innovative HR initiatives
• Thought leadership and ability to drive strategic change
• Demonstrable experience of building lasting relationships with business leaders
