Resource / Workforce Planning Consultant
We are pleased to be partnering with this nationwide commercial organisation to recruit an Interim Resource Planning / Workforce Planning Consultant.
Working within the wider Resourcing team your role will be focusing on reviewing the current resourcing landscape and identifying potential resource gaps. Alongside this you will work closely with the new business teams as they bid for new contracts, forecasting future demand and talent pipeline to ensure the business can deliver against new contracts and is maximising utilisation.
We are looking for an experienced Resource Planning / Workforce Planning professional who has a track record in delivering in a fast paced agile environment. You will need to have experience in designing and delivering frameworks and ensuring process and governance is in place.
Initially on a 6 month basis, for the right candidate there is possibility of extension.
This role will be paid on a day rate basis and will be in scope of IR35.
