Recruitment Business Partner - Civil Engineering!
Morgan Philips are currently searching for a Recruitment Business Partner with a background in Civil Engineering recruitment to join a company for 6 months initially with a view to perm. The role will start immediately however those with short notice will also be considered. The role is suitable for candidates with a recent background recruiting Civil Engineering ideally in house although agency will also be considered if you have a solid background recruiting in this field for many years.
The role will be a 360 recruitment position recruiting up to 25 roles at a time both on the blue collar and professional services side of the business. This is a proactive role as agency spend is at a minimum so a ‘no stone unturned’ approach using a variety of sourcing methodologies should be used. Candidate experience is high on the agenda here as is communication with your internal clients. You should be delivery focused, keeping your stakeholders up to date on the progress of their roles at all times.
The successful candidate will have a background recruiting in Civil Engineering ideally specifically around Rail, Aviation and Highways. You must know and understand the terminology associated with these areas and should be prepared to map candidates accordingly. Energy, hunger to succeed, tenacity and drive will be characteristics of the successful candidate. Although this role is remote based, travel to sites including Southampton and Gatwick will be needed from time to time once offices are back in.
