Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a leading business as they look to recruit for a permanent HR Advisor. The role will be based near Egham, full time with a salary of up to £32k.

The role will be providing employees with advice on the implementation of policies and procedures in accordance with the business's policies and employment legislation.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

·Advise managers and employees on employee relations matters.
·Working with colleagues with producing and distributing HR contractual information, working closely with the HR team and also the payroll team.
·Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders.
·Provide training and support for managers on HR policies and processes.

We are looking for:

·Previous experience working an advisory position, working closely with managers and stakeholders, advising and guiding them through HR queries and issues.
·CIPD Level 5 qualified is essential.
·Experience managing ER casework.
·Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
