Page Personnel HR are working with a client based in Stoke on Trent who need additional support from a Temporary HR Assistant for a minimum of three weeks. The role will assist with a backlog of administrative tasks and a good knowledge of employment law is required. The role offer remote working but will require travel to office in Stoke on a weekly basis.

Our client are well-established within their industry and are experiencing a busy period of growth. Their HR team are in need of a Temporary HR Assistant to help with a backlog of HR tasks. Their offices are in Stoke on Trent. Flexible working considered.
Description
The key responsibilities for the Temporary HR Assistant are updating the employee handbook and distributing it to the workforce, updated their Covid policy, chasing for paperwork, scanning HR files, uploading documents onto the system, updating emergency contacts, creating induction presentations. The role will be based at offices in Stoke on Trent and will offer some remote working.
Profile
The successful candidate will have/be:
- experience in an HR environment
- knowledge of employment law
- strong communication skills
- meticulous attention to detail
- ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
- available for immediate start
Job Offer
Our client offers hourly rate based on £20k-24K salary, three weeks minimum of work, on-site parking, remote working
