Description
The successful Talent and Capacity Advisor will be responsible for:
- Ensuring that any projects or clients have the correct staff in place
- Assist with the team with strategic meetings to ensure that employee scheduling runs smoothly
- Monitor employee's schedules, holiday and TOIL
- Ensure that trainees are on correct training
Profile
The successful Talent and Capacity Advisor will have previously:
- Managed a large candidate pool
- Understanding of audit methodology
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

The successful Talent and Capacity Adviser can expect a salary between £27-31,000 plus benefits.
