Graduate Recruiter

A Recruiter is required for a graduate recruitment focused role within the Unviersity Recrutiment team of a global management consutlancy. Hiring junior to mid level consutlants, the University Recruiter will work closely with colleagues, internal stakeholders and candidates to deliver a number of grad and internship programmes throughout the course of the year.

Responsibilities:

• Organising and attending events
• Arranging and managing interview campaigns
• Planning and organising the summer programme and Insight programmes. Responsible for the accuracy of data for analysis on recruitment events, applications, assessment processes and offers extended.
• Scheduling interviews internally and directly with candidates
• Pro-actively leading the interview campaign administration, communication to candidate and the overall ensure the smooth running of campaigns
• Assist the Head of Recruiting and Experience Hiring Team in any analysis or preparation for meetings
• Supporting with CV screening,
• Taking minutes of de-briefs, tracking return of interview feedback and giving feedback to candidates after interviews
• Offer pack preparation
• Keeping candidate records 100% up to date and accurate in the recruiting database
• Daily ownership of the London Recruiting mailbox

Requirements:

• Previous office-based work experience, preferably in an administration role that requires a scheduling elemen
• Previous experience of working with HR/Recruitment systems is essential
• Knowledge of Office 365 suite of tools, Excel and Powerpoint
• The ability to remain calm and personable with good inter-personal skills during busy periods
• Able to interact effectively with the team and the recruitment stakeholders, as well as building rapport with the candidates
• Effective in dealing with large amounts of information and data
• Extremely organised and able to prioritise and multitask effectively
