A global professional services firm are recruiting for a Learning & Development Manager to join their team. Reporting into the Head of Learning & Development, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing latest thinking and best practice in the area of People Development and bring this thinking and recommendation to the People Development strategy
  • Supporting on the design, implementation and evaluation of firm wide frameworks and approaches within the Core Curriculum
  • Actively championing the approach for firm wide and local initiatives
  • Providing subject matter expertise for key people priorities, acting as a "go to" individual for support in all business skills and learning and development matters
  • Actively championing the firm's learning offering to enable maximum utilisation
  • Actively providing feedback, as part of learning experience to encourage ongoing, meaningful conversations
  • Developing and growing solid relationships with business stakeholders
  • Supporting People Development with firm wide initiatives to deliver learning and development interventions to upskill and maximise the value of the firm's framework
  • Representing the Firm in external networking and business events
  • Responding to requests and be adaptable during delivery of programmes for maximum impact for the participants
  • Identifying improvements and providing solutions to develop those options

As Learning & Development Manager, you will possess:

  • Relevant experience within Learning & Development
  • Ability to create and curate content independently and with SME's to meet learning needs
  • Experience of working in a large and complex organisation - ideally professional services
  • Project management skills to support learning and development initiatives
