As Interim HR Project Lead you will manage multiple HR Ops projects including those linked to new business and BAU within a matrix structure.
Your role will include:
- Various TUPE projects.
- Supporting the wider project team including third party resources.
- Working with multiple stakeholders and managers and ensuring ongoing and open lines of communication.
- Managing the resourcing and activation of complex plans with links to various other workstreams, teams and divisions.
- Ensuring all projects are appropriately resourced including the right skill level.
To be considered for the Interim Project Lead role you will be a senior HR professional with a proven track record within HR Ops including end to end processes.
Strong TUPE experience is a must and ideally an understanding of large organisation system architecture involving T&A and payroll data is highly advantageous.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines within a fast paced environment is key.
Experience within a commercial business is paramount, in particular an industry that regularly has new business/contract wins.
Up to £87,000 per annum (pro rata for 6 months)
