Your new role
You will be working covering maternity leave, working in a small team of five people. You will be required to analyse senior leader pay levels looking at compensation and share plans. This will include bench-marking salaries, surveying salary bands and putting together proposals and contracts for new senior leaders across their UK and American sites. The role will also involve putting together monthly board reports.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have had experience working in a similar role where you have had to do executive pay bench-marking. Strong analytical skills are essential along with the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders as required.
