HR Business Partner
I am recruiting for an organisation based in Swindon with a large HR department, who is now looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The head office hosts a range of teams, from Customer Service through to Finance. This role in particular will be supporting the Retail and Logistics part of the organisation.
This role is heading up a HRBP department made up of 3 HRBP's reporting into the Senior HR Business Partner. It is a fast pace role with a large case load of ER cases, with a level of complexity. You will be responsible for partner with the Senior Leadership Team to work on the preventive and cure of their ER cases and be the point of escalation. You will be heading up the ER operations for the Retail and Logistics department and will have to have a very hand's on, operational approach to your direct reports and the further internal stakeholders. This role requires you to travel to Swindon once a week.
I am looking for you to have a strong background in Employee Relations, with experience of managing a large caseload yourself, but also have the strategic mindset of planning further and implementing change within the business to reduce caseload in the future.
- Experience of managing HRBP's
- Demonstrable experience of resolving escalated complex ER caseloads
- Have a strong background in delivery of strategic HR business planning
- Not essential but preferential experience of Retail or Logistics
- Up-beat can do individual with a love for problem solving
