Job description:

  • Support the HR team with oversight on various HR projects of varying complex nature
  • Regularly communicate to management regarding status of project deliverables
  • Identify and monitor project risks, communicating roadblocks and issues to management
  •  Responsible for assembling project plans, tracking key project milestones, and communicating status to stakeholders and management
  •  Maintaining Resources Capacity, Project Dashboard and Analytics to assist in project priorities
  • Supporting Project Owners to ensure project delivery within scope, timeline and budget.
  • Provide Organizational Change Management guidance and support to projects and HR initiatives
  • Use strong understanding of business needs in order to effectively interface and communicate with stakeholders
  • Document and maintain administrative procedures for project processes
  • Support creation of complex project plans within MS Project and other toolsets

Profile description:

You are likely to have:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing projects and a portfolio of projects
  • Previous experience with Workday and with Service Now implementation is highly desirable
  • Must have excellent MS Project skills - Gantt, resourcing, planning, scheduling
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Demonstrated high level of integrity with significant attention to detail and quality
  • Must be able to prioritize, problem solve and work under pressure in a deadline driven, rapidly changing organisation
  • Understanding of the project life-cycle and tools /techniques/standards within each phase
