Client Details

Our client are a public sector organisation that offer guidance, advice and information to health and social care professionals. Due to a busy period of growth, they are hiring an HR Administrator to join an established team.
Their offices are based in Manchester.

Description

The key responsibilities for the HR Administrator are providing administrative support to the wider HR team and other stakeholders, supporting all processes, providing first level advice to all staff in relation to HR policies, procedures and processes such as holidays, sickness and probationary queries, responding to queries in a timely manner with accurate information, developing the HRIS, inputting and managing data, preparing technical reports for senior management, managing the HR advice mailboxes, referring complex queries to more senior members of the team, arranging formal meetings and referrals to Occupational Health. The role is based in Manchester.

Profile

The successful candidate will have/be:

  • experience in a similar HR administration role
  • understanding of the importance of confidentiality
  • excellent communication skills
  • meticulous attention to detail
  • experience of taking notes/minutes
  • committed to continuous improvement in an HR capacity
