Profile
We are looking for someone with experience of an operational site, and the HR challenges this brings - so for example a background in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Logistics, Distribution, possibly Retail.
You will need experience of the strands of HR mentioned above, combined with the innate ability to manage stakeholders, and gain buy-in from both sites and site leaders. It is vital that you can cope with a fast paced environment, are comfortable with change, and can bring your stakeholders with you on the journey.
This is not a completely operational role - you will be more involved in the strategic detail than day to day HR issues.
