Talent Acquisition Specialist

Working as part of an internal talent team, you will be engaging with hiring managers across the business to define and scope out contingent and temporary workforce needs. Using your recruitment knowledge, you will help lead and advise hiring managers on current recruitment trends. You will then work closely with third party suppliers such as recruitment agencies, to ensure that the business has the right people in place at the right time. Utilising recruitment software, you will ensure that all vacancies are tracked and suppliers are meeting their agreed timelines. This is a great opportunity to become a true partner to the business in a role where you will have the ability to gain a deep understanding of the business units.
