HR Generalist (UK & GER Exp needed)
A newly created HR generalist (UK/Ger) opportunity is now available with a growing Financial Services business. They are looking to hire a HR Senior Advisor (corporate title) who will work hand in hand with both the Head of HR and the Business in order to build out the HR offering and also to provide a first class service to clients and employees.
The role will be based in either London, Munich or Frankfurt and will service both UK and German clients. Therefore it is essential that the role holder have experience in Germany and the UK directly or has experience looking after both geographical set of client groups.
Responsibilities will be very diverse and broad and the role will give the incoming candidate a great platform dealing with senior level stakeholders, operational and strategic HR, building and implementing HR systems and working across the employee lifecycle.
We are looking for candidates with solid generalist experience within either Financial or Professional Services. Candidates will need to be pragmatic, possess superior communication skills, be able to operate in a changing environment and have strong academics.
