HR Investigation Lead (Interim short term role)
Our client is looking for an external HR professional to take the lead on a sensitive investigation for them. Predicted length of this assignment is 3/4 weeks and the work can be done remotely. However, if the investigation requires, then you need to be willing to make occasional visits to Oxfordshire.
You must be a HR professional who has taken the lead role on complex, sensitive and high profile cases previously. You will be providing expert advice throughout the process, conducting a thorough investigative process. You will have an in depth knowledge of ED&I and it would be highly beneficial if you have managed sensitive case work which is related to this.
