Chartered Accountant - Professional Services

Ashley Kate are supporting our professional services client in Nottingham city centre who are looking for a Chartered Accountant for their busy finance team.

Our clients Finance team are looking for a Chartered or Certified Accountant with up to date knowledge of financial reporting standards/tax legislation to fulfill a partnership and tax accountant role within the firm on a 1 year fixed term contract.
Main responsibilities include;
Preparation of statutory accounts and detailed audit working papers for all entities in the group, including the consolidated group accounts
Running the statutory audit process and preparing working papers responding to all audit enquiries
Preparation of the Partnership and Corporate Tax computations and associated analysis and working with our tax advisors to sign off the resulting tax returns
Assist Finance Director with reserves reconciliations and partner current accounts including processing membership changes and management of tax payments on account and balancing payments
Project work, include analysis of any IT or capital investments for appropriate account treatment and evaluating and calculating release schedules for any loan or lease changes


The role is full time, working on site in the cient Nottingham City centre offices, so you will need to be able to access the city centre.
