Were seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to work as part of a team managing large scale change project


Were seeking experienced HRBP/Change Partners to work as part of a HR change team. We are supporting a large scale organisation with a transformation change programme and as such we are seeking an HR Business Partner / HR Change Partner for a fixed term contract until October 2021 working from home though out the contract.

You will be working as part of a team to create a variety of change management activities to transition 6000 + employees into different organisations by October.

As an HR Business Partner you will be supporting a range of business units with the planning and execution of a major transition/TUPE style project to move employees to a range of organisations within the public sector.

You will be undertaking a variety of change project work including planning consultation and supporting business units with specialist HR Advice throughout the process.

  • Organisational Change/Transition planning
  • Leadership & Staff Support
  • Redundancy / Redeployment/ Retirement / Recruitment controls
  • Staff Engagement / communication
  • Consultation / Process
  • Commissioning internal / external teams
  • TUPE & COSOP Organisational restructures / transition onto new organisation
  • Appeals Process
  • Job Matching / Job Selection / Job Evaluation
  • Unions


Candidates
Were seeking applications from experienced HR Business Partners who have a background of working across the public sector, NHS, Civil Service or Councils or similar.
Experience of Change Management Projects including transition eg TUPE or similar and consultation programmes.

This role is a fixed term contract working until October 2021
This will be a fully remote home working remit
