This Charity based in Birmingham have welcomed remote working and will currently be remote working for the foreseeable. They are a great forward thinking business who have recently had a need come up for a HRBP on a 6 month fixed term basis. The role is very hands on and they are looking for someone who is able to hit the ground running.
Your new role
This role will be an all round HR Generalist role which encompasses all areas of HR, the role will be very fast paced and hands on and they are looking for someone who will get involved in all HR aspects. You will need to be an experienced HRBP, the role will involve dealing with stakeholders of all levels dealing with colleagues in side and outside of the business. You will be involved in some case work.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an experienced HRBP for this role and must be able to hit the ground running. Ideally you will have worked within the public sector before, potentially within social care or social housing sectors. You will need to be immediately available or finishing a role very soon. The role will be remote so you must be able to work from home. You will need to be able to work well in a very fast paced environment and be able to get stuck in with anything you need to.
